Refund Policy
At Socialatic, we are committed to delivering high-quality influencer marketing campaigns and ensuring client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our work—which involves upfront planning, resource allocation, and third-party commitments—refunds are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable in situations where the campaign is canceled before the commencement of influencer deliverables and after deducting all expenses already incurred in setting up the campaign. These expenses include but are not limited to strategy development, influencer shortlisting, outreach preparation, platform costs, administrative charges, and other operational efforts.
Deductions Based on Campaign Progress
The percentage of refund is determined based on the stage at which the cancellation request is received:
20% Flat Deduction – If influencer/creator outreach has not yet commenced but preliminary campaign work such as strategy, research, and planning has been completed.
50% Flat Deduction – If influencers/creators have already been contacted, shortlisted, or engaged but campaign deliverables have not yet started.
100% Deduction (No Refund) – If influencer fees have already been paid or campaign deliverables have commenced, as these costs are non-recoverable.
Non-Refundable Commitments
Please note that certain costs are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to paid subscriptions, influencer retainers, agency service fees, and pre-booked media slots.
Processing Timeline
Approved refunds, after the applicable deductions, will be processed within 14-21 business days via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Acknowledgement
By confirming a campaign with Socialatic, the client acknowledges and agrees to the above refund terms and understands that influencer marketing involves time-sensitive and non-reversible actions.
