Information provided by clients or influencers is used solely for fulfilling the agreed-upon scope of work.
Campaign details may be shared internally with relevant team members and approved third-party vendors (e.g., shipping partners, payment processors) to ensure smooth operations.
Data Retention & Deletion
We store project-related data for up to 24 months for record-keeping, legal compliance, and reporting purposes.
Upon request, clients and influencers can request partial or full deletion of personal data, except where retention is legally required.
Consent for Marketing Use
Socialatic reserves the right to use campaign deliverables (such as influencer posts, videos, statistics, and results) as part of our portfolio to showcase our work to prospective clients, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
