3. Monitoring & Enforcement

   • We actively monitor content created for campaigns to ensure compliance. Any violation may result in termination of the contract without refund.

4. Portfolio Use

   • While maintaining inclusivity standards, Socialatic reserves the right to display compliant campaign work in its portfolio.
