These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Socialatic websites, products, and services, including Creator Research, creator network registration, and related features.

By accessing or using Socialatic, creating an account, downloading exports, registering as a creator, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Socialatic.

These Terms are a general framework and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before being treated as a finalized legal agreement.

Socialatic provides tools and services related to influencer marketing and creator research. Features may include discovering and organizing creator profile insights, exporting research, account management, and creator network registration for brand collaboration opportunities.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. Availability of specific features, data fields, or contact information may vary.

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use Socialatic on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Creator Research may present publicly available creator information and research fields organized for evaluation and outreach planning. Contact emails and other details appear only when available from public sources or voluntarily provided information.

Research outputs are provided for your internal business use in connection with legitimate marketing and campaign planning. You are responsible for how you use exported data and for complying with applicable laws when contacting creators.

Socialatic does not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or continued availability of any creator profile field.

You agree not to misuse Socialatic. Without limitation, you must not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data beyond permitted product features
• Use the service to spam, harass, deceive, or unlawfully contact creators or users
• Upload malware or interfere with service integrity or security
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or campaign terms
• Use Socialatic in violation of applicable law or third-party rights

Certain features (for example, unlocking full Creator Research) may require payment. Prices, taxes, and payment terms will be shown at the point of purchase.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout or in a separate agreement, purchases are one-time fees for the described deliverable and are not subscriptions.

Where export or download features are available, you may download research files for your internal use subject to these Terms and applicable law.

You are responsible for safeguarding downloaded files and for any further processing or sharing you perform outside Socialatic.

Socialatic and its licensors retain all rights in the Socialatic name, logos, software, design, and materials we provide (excluding third-party content and your own materials).

You retain rights in content you submit to Socialatic, subject to the licenses needed for us to operate the service (for example, hosting and displaying your submissions as needed to provide features).

Creator-owned content remains with creators unless a separate campaign agreement says otherwise.

Socialatic may integrate with or link to third-party platforms and providers (including social networks, payments, hosting, and analytics). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies.

Socialatic is not responsible for third-party services or content.

Socialatic services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that research data will be complete or current.

Registration as a creator does not guarantee campaigns, income, brand deals, or opportunities. Brand research outputs do not guarantee campaign performance or creator suitability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Socialatic and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
